We offer to our Exhibition participants a number of additional services to make your work at the Exhibition more efficient.

Stand Construction

For the companies that want to have an exclusive stand or, on the contrary, an economical one CJSC EuroExpo offers its service in stand construction.

Our obvious advantage compared to other construction companies is our knowledge of the exhibition venue specifics and our awareness of the time limit for preparation work. We never let you down with deadlines. Moreover, as the exhibition organizers we are in a position to solve any problem that can arise in the course of it. Companies that wish to have an exclusive stand within time limit can order construction of it right here.

Stand Attendants, Models

Stand attendants and models are more than just “beautiful girls at stand”. Though it is true that beautiful girls can often attract considerably more good customers than managers themselves.

Stand attendants and models are of interest to companies that:

  • Are not that rich to waste time of qualified personnel on filling forms, assembling requested materials, preparing data bases. Qualified specialists can use their time for talking to potential customers.
  • Are of opinion that company's office should not be depleted of personnel and must continue making money.
  • Consider that coffee and whisky should be poured preferably by beautiful models and not by service department staff.
  • Want to stick in memory of visitors thanks to something special (remember “Arctika” promoters dressed as company mascot – polar bear.

Stand Security

In spite of the fact that exhibits are thoroughly watched when the exhibition is closed, the participants often miss sometimes a remote control panel, but sometimes expensive pieces of equipment. They can be stolen either during exhibition opening hours, or during equipment handling, mounting or dismantling.

Stand Tidying up

As a rule after a day of work of the exhibition floor cover and other surfaces have marks left by visitors, by spilled coffee and one can see litter on tables and reception counters. A stand of a respectable company must always look presentable. And well-dressed company staff meddling with a Hoover or a broom is no way out.

Interpreter Service

If you plan to have serious talks with manufacturers/distributors of equipment and you have no command of the language in question we are ready to provide you with an interpreter with technical knowledge in air conditioning, ventilation and heating.
